Calzuro recommends sending an email to inform us about the return and to give us details about the shipping to the following email address:

The return would apply also to a single product forming part of an order of several items. Returns must have no visible wear or alteration: a worn or altered return will no longer be eligible for exchange. Parts of a single product will not be eligible for exchange as well. The product must therefore arrive new, unused and complete, in its original packing.
The Customer only pays for the return postage and shipping fees, in accordance with Article 5 dlg 22/05/1999 n.185.
Products cannot be exchanged for different models. Should this be the case, please return for a refund and reorder.
